When It All Began
My writing journey began during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
What started as a way to express a few thoughts gradually became a part of my everyday life. At that time, I had never imagined that those handwritten poems would one day grow into books, stories, and an entire literary platform.
Over the following months, writing became more than just a hobby. Every poem taught me something new, every story helped me grow, and every reader encouraged me to keep going.
Looking back today, I realize that the journey didn't begin with publishing a book—it began with the courage to write the very first page.
Engineering & Writing
Completing my Civil Engineering while continuing my writing journey has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
During those years, I spent my days studying engineering. Whenever I found some free time, I would write poems, stories, or work on new ideas for RishNova.
For me, these two worlds never competed with each other—they completed each other. Engineering taught me discipline and problem-solving, while writing gave me the freedom to express what I felt and imagined.
Balancing both wasn't always easy, but those years taught me that if something truly matters to you, you'll always find time for it.
The Birth of RishNova
In October 2021, I created my first website to share my writings online. At that time, I didn't have a name for my literary world, so I simply published everything under my own name—Rishabh Bhatt.
As the journey grew, the website came to be known as "Kavitaon Ka Safar...with Rishabh." For the next few years, it became home to my poems, stories, books, and countless memories. But somewhere in my mind, I always felt that one day this journey would have an identity of its own.
I wasn't looking for just a name. I was looking for something that could represent every emotion, every story, and every dream I wanted to share with my readers.
That search finally came to an end in 2026. That's when RishNova was born.
I enjoy exploring different forms of writing, and each one allows me to tell a story in its own way.
Sometimes, it's a poem that captures a single emotion. Sometimes, it's a story that stays with the reader long after the last page. And sometimes, it's a book that takes months of patience, imagination, and research.
Over the years, I've written across different genres, including:

Every Moment Has a Story
Everyone has their own way of preserving memories.
